EPDM Surface Sports Flooring

We are making sports fields more aesthetically pleasing with EPDM surface sports floor coverings, which are able to keep the disability that may occur with the structure that supports the development of athletes thanks to its flexibility, which is certified to conform to Basketball, Volleyball and Tennis fields are in international norms.

Installation Detail

When the existing concrete (lightweight concrete floor) or asphalt is dry and clean, the primer layer of polyurethane solution will be formed with a brush or spray. Subsequently, the black rubber SBR (Synthetic Black Rubber) is mixed with 1-3,5 mm granular material and the polyurethane binder material in a special mixer at a rate of 20%. 8 mm thick finisher machine is laid on the ground. EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) 1-3,5 mm granule and polyurethane binder material are mixed in the mixer and cast completely in 5-7 mm thickness and double layer tartan floor is obtained. The SBR used in the application consists of recycled scrap rubber granules and EPDM consists of pure rubber developed in the original industrial environment.
