OVITPUR POLYURETHANE

Polyurethane floor coverings are preferred in basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, gymnastics, wrestling and all other sports activities due to their sterile and high strength.

POLYURETHANE SPORTS FLOOR

On the existing 10-15 cm concrete floor, 6-8-10mm SBR rubber roll or cast by machine in place, level differences will be removed by sanding. Subsequently, the imported P.U material, which forms a double component self-leveling polyurethane elastomer with a thickness of 2mm, will be laid with special tools (polyurethane consumption m2 / 2.6kg). After 24/48 hours drying, the final layer will be coated with matte polyurethane based paint. After 24 hours of waiting, the field lines will be drawn and the ground will be ready for sports activities. Seamless, long lasting.

The material consumption of m² to be used;
Polyurethane: 2,6 kg / m²
Adhesive: 1,0 kg / m²
Filling: 0,75kg / m²
Matt paint: 0,25kg / m²
