Infrastructure: The area where the sites will be constructed is leveled properly and surrounded by a 60cm x 20cm border. When pouring the border concrete, eyebolts of the pipes to be used for wire mesh are placed in the mold every three meters. The area within this border, 20cm of which will remain in the soil, is first filled with 15cm high stones and compacted. On this compacted ground, mechanical stabilization (grit) is made with an average of 15 cm, 50% stone dust. During this process, the field is transverse and unilateral, 6-8 per thousand inclination is given. This slope is made to make it easier for rain water to slip over the field and thus to dry. During crushing, plastic drainage pipes are used to prevent the water coming from the bottom and to protect the upper coating and discharge holes are left in front of their mouths. During the above operations, the field is often irrigated to ensure that the ground is fully seated and ready for asphalting.
The recipes of acrylic based materials that we use in tennis courts and multi-purpose fields (such as basketball, volleyball, mini football) are as follows:
Asphalt surfaces- Ensure that the asphalt surface is set at least 14 days in advance. All oil, dirt, loose and swollen layers on the surface are removed.
Concrete surfaces- If asphalt supply is not difficult or possible in your area, concrete should be used instead of asphalt. However, concrete should be manufactured in such a way that it does not crack. The upper part should be smoothed with a system called helicopter method. Joints should not be left strictly, the joints to be left during production should be improved, as the play and cracking in the concrete will go up and crack the acrylic coating. Necessary slope should be given to the field during the floor production.
Coating Application:
The recipe of our materials is as follows.
Court Patch Binder : Repair material. It is mixed with cement and quartz sand. It is a strong and fexible material used for repair works and fillings in asphalt.
Acrylic Resurfacer : It is an acrylic based bituminous material, mixed with quartz sand and applied as a first coat on the asphalt floor. It provides better adhesion of other materials and that do cover the pores of the asphalt.
Base Coat : Thick "cushion" - is a suspension material. Thanks to the millions of rubber particles in it, it provides thickness and suspension to the floor.
Cushion : Relatively thin "cushion" suspension material. It provides additional suspension as it fills the thick materials.
Color : It is an acrylic based color material that is immune to external factors. The first two coats are used with the primer above, and the top coat is applied with a coat such as polishing material. Thanks to its powerful formula, it is not affected by weather conditions and maintains color quality for many years.
White Line Paint : White acrylic based, external factors resistant line paint.
All the abovementioned materials are acrylic based and used for many years without being affected by weather conditions as they become completely impermeable after drying. Such a well-built floor will be in service for at least 5-6 years without any deterioration, but it is essential to use the appropriate amount of material per factory specification. In short, it is necessary to specify the quantities of materials to be used for these layers and apply them all to the floor instead of 3 layers and 5 layers as in the market. If a research and comparison is to be carried out, the quantities in which the material to be used must be used per coat. This material is the thickest and the highest quality of such materials available on the market. These materials can be used successfully in basketball, volleyball and multi-purpose fields thanks to the suspension they provide.
