Full Polyurethane System
Apply primer to the substrate. After the primer application has cured, the production of polyurethane based synthetic coating is started. Sandwich System :
In this system, the total thickness is 13 mm. This thickness is 17-18mm in sector (throw-jump) areas. The primary layer is applied as above and the 10 mm thick black rubber granular layer is poured with finisher. Following drying of the black granular layer, a two-component polyurethane paste is applied on it. With this paste, the pores on the rubber layer are filled. Then, two component mastic polyurethane is applied with the help of "pull-pull". The polyurethane layer applied on the floor is sprinkled with EPDM granules of 1-4mm size and allowed to dry. After the polyurethane has dried, the excess EPDM granules are collected by vacuum brooms. The thickness obtained was 3 mm and the runway line was ready to be drawn.

Spray System
Total thickness is 13 mm. Primaries are applied primarily on the infrastructure prepared as outlined above. After the primary layer, rubber granules with a thickness of 12 mm are mixed with 18% polyurethane flourishing and applied to the floor with finisher. After the black colored 12 mm thick granular layer has dried, mastic polyurethane-EPDM powder is mixed in certain proportions and the pores are filled with the help of spraying and spraying method. The thickness of this layer is 1 mm and it is the finishing layer of the system.
